Collaboration with The Standard celebrating the most absurd and memorable guest complaints, comments and requests over the past 15 years such as “My girlfriend and I spent lots of money at the bar and on room service. Each of the 12 scenarios were reenacted by hotel staff and an occasional hotel guest standing by.
